Join our team as a Pour End Line Lead, where you will oversee daily pour end operations, lead and develop production employees, and help drive safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you will coordinate staffing and training, monitor production performance, support equipment setups, track downtime, and partner with leadership to keep schedules on track.
