We are hiring for Production Team Members at our Chattanooga bakery and are offering weekly pay! Production Team Members play a critical role in producing the high-quality bakery products our customers enjoy every day.

In this role, you will support daily production operations by preparing ingredients, operating equipment, packaging finished products, maintaining cleanliness standards, and adhering to food safety and quality requirements. Successful candidates are dependable, safety-focused, team-oriented, and committed to producing great products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Operate production equipment according to established procedures and training.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, mixing, baking, finishing, packaging, and other production processes as assigned.
• Monitor products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and required documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve production goals.
• Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and other production support activities.
• Identify and report product quality, safety, equipment, or operational concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, food production, bakery, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products, ingredients, and materials as required.
• Ability to safely work around production equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions commonly found in a bakery manufacturing environment. Work Environment
• Fast-paced bakery manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to production equipment, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.
• Required use of personal protective equipment and food safety practices.
• Must be available to work assigned shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
