As a Valet Driver, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by safely moving vehicles, assisting customers, and helping maintain an organized and professional dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Safely park, retrieve, and move customer and dealership vehicles. Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up. Transport vehicles between dealership departments and designated locations as needed. Maintain an organized and efficient vehicle staging and parking area.

Handle Mercedes-Benz vehicles and other luxury automobiles with exceptional care. Communicate professionally with service advisors, sales staff, and other dealership employees. Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic regulations. Keep customer keys organized and secure. Provide outstanding customer service while representing the Jeff Wyler and Mercedes-Benz brands.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Ability to safely enter, exit, and move vehicles throughout the workday.

Previous valet, dealership, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Must be comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including luxury and high-end automobiles.
