Maintenance Technician IV

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for performing scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on beverage processing and packaging equipment. This position requires advanced technical expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, conveyor, and PLC systems.

Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on designated equipment, the technician monitors performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and recommends solutions to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring consistent product quality, food safety, and compliance with company safety and operational standards.
