Assistant Controller

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Assistant Controller to support accounting operations, financial reporting, construction job costing, internal controls, and contract administration. This role partners closely with the Controller, project management, operations, and accounting teams to monitor project financial performance, billing and collections, change orders, commitments, and contract compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong construction accounting experience, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of construction contracts, project costing, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close processes.
