IMPD Cadet Program

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Cadet program is a partnership with the Indy Public Safety Foundation and the Indianapolis Foundation, a CICF Affiliate. The IMPD Cadet program is designed to provide a service for the City of Indianapolis, the police department and the community it serves. An IMPD Cadet is considered a future leader in the community.

The goals of the IMPD Cadet program are to expose young men and women to the various aspects of police work in order to prepare them for a career in law enforcement.
