Orcle Cerner Module: Revenue Cycle – Front End. Summary: The Revenue Cycle – Front End Solution Consultant configures, tests, and supports patient access and registration workflows, delivering reliable front-end revenue cycle processes.Core Responsibilities:• Configure patient registration parameters, scheduling rules, and eligibility checking per design specs.

• Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing; document outcomes and manage defect resolution with offshore teams.• Provide tier-2 support for patient access workflows.• Assist in migrating patient demographics, scheduling, and eligibility data.• Maintain detailed configuration runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

• Train registration and scheduling staff on system functionality and best practices.• Monitor front-end transaction performance and recommend optimizations.Technical Skills & Certifications:• Proven configuration experience with Cerner Patient Access and Scheduling modules.• Familiarity with data reconciliation and reporting.

Experience:• 4–6 years of Cerner front-end revenue cycle implementation or support.• Demonstrated success optimizing patient access workflows.Soft Skills:• Strong analytical and communication skills.• Collaborative approach and attention to detail.
