WHO YOU ARE
You’re technically minded, organized, and eager to learn. You understand construction principles and can read and interpret plans and specifications. - Maintain accurate project records, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Support development and tracking of project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Procore.
- Help prepare bid packages and analyze subcontractor proposals. Technical & Field Coordination:
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; support issue resolution related to design or constructability.
- Conduct site visits to support field teams and help ensure work aligns with contract documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on material deliveries, logistics, and progress tracking. Cost & Budget Support:
- Assist with project cost tracking, invoice review, and forecasting.
- Support the development of purchase orders, contract documents, and budget updates.

- 1–3+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or project support (commercial construction preferred)
- Familiarity with construction documents, estimating, and scheduling tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment COMPENSATION:
- Annual Salary: $75k-90k; Commensurate with experience. WHY JOIN US?
- A people-focused culture that values teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
