Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2024 after previously working as a State Farm team member, where I was proud to be the number one team member in the entire territory. Before that, I worked as a CSR, and those experiences helped shape the culture and leadership style I bring into the office today. Our team of three is built around positivity, growth, and supporting one another both professionally and personally.

My wife and 18 month old daughter are my biggest motivation, and family is at the center of everything I do. We also have a dog that keeps life fun outside the office. Our team stays active in the community through church involvement, volunteering, and youth group activities. We offer an Aspirant program, continuing education, professional development, team building events, office lunches, birthday celebrations, frequent earning opportunities, and flexibility for important family events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
