Financial Analyst, Workers' Compensation (Hybrid: Duluth, GA)

The Financial Analyst, Workers' Compensation serves as the accounting subject matter expert for the company's workers' compensation program, supporting financial reporting, reserve forecasting, cost allocations, and business planning. This role partners closely with Risk Management, FP&A, Payroll, HR, and Operations to analyze claims data, maintain financial reserves, support month-end close activities, develop burden rates, and provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
