Role overview Lead applied customer research and turn quantitative and qualitative findings into service improvements.

Key responsibilities

Design surveys and research plans. Analyse customer journeys, feedback and service metrics. Present insight reports and improvement priorities. Coordinate research stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

& skills Research methods, survey design and data interpretation. Qualitative interviewing and presentation skills. Excel, SPSS, R or BI tools advantageous. Relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent demonstrable expertise. Professional English and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
