Senior Product Management & Development (Government)

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. With First Responders. For First Responders. First. Net Program. This position will lead product strategy and execution for First. Net indirect distribution, with a focus on Alliance and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) channels. This role will be responsible for developing and growing strategic partner relationships, identifying opportunities to expand First. Net distribution, and helping partners successfully bring First.

Net solutions to customers. The position will collaborate across Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and other teams to strengthen partner capabilities, address business needs, and drive sustainable growth. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and execution for First. Net Alliance and VAR distribution channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with strategic indirect-channel partners.
• Create joint business plans with priority partners focused on growth, opportunities, and execution.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships.
• Develop strategies to engage and reactivate partners with growth potential.
• Identify opportunities to expand First. Net distribution through existing and new partner relationships.
• Identify partner needs and coordinate cross-functional teams to address barriers to growth.
• Support partner onboarding, enablement, training, communications, and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and other stakeholders to support partner success.
• Develop and maintain reporting to measure partner performance, retention, and growth.
• Represent First. Net Product in Alliance and VAR planning and partner engagements. Serve as a subject matter expert for First. Net indirect distribution.
