Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients visiting the distribution branch, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process banking transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify customer needs and proactively recommend suitable financial products and services.

Adhere to all regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies during daily operations. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize branch workflow and achieve service excellence standards.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services or banking sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and committed to operational compliance. Proficiency in digital banking platforms and standard office applications.
