Clinic Receptionist, Consultation Clinic

Main Responsibilities Fixed appointment for patient. Register patient upon receiving or prescription or appointment letter. Assisting doctor in the clinic, if needed. Organize patient record in the clinic. Book appointment patient for operation and send to admission counter for admission. Ensure patient’s record to be ready before is due for appointment.

Ensure guarantee letter submission to the Business Office services is done daily after the registration of patient. Ensure all items ordered are keyed in correctly. Fully understand of clinic receptionist job scope. To promote, support and ensure patient understanding of Patient and Family Rights. Promoting promotions, packages, applications and services available to all patients.
