Inside Sales/Project Manager

Job Details: Job Location: Rosharon, TX - 3504 Dwayne Road

• Rosharon, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Inside Sales/Project Coordinator This position will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and managing project activities that focuses on products that include pipes, valves and fittings. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1-year work experience (previous experience managing projects and deadlines preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred experience). Experience using MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.). Eager to learn and grow with a team first focus. Basic knowledge of PVF (Pipe, valve and fitting products).

Key Responsibilities include

Tracking and managing project schedules and deadlines. Communicating with team members and stakeholders. Holding team accountable to ensure project goals are met. He/She will also assist in logistics management, order entry, documentation, and customer/vendor relations.
