Visit our Career Page for full details Who We're Looking For Qualified Teachers 18+ years old High school diploma or GED CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field 6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting Infant & Toddler Caregivers 18+ years old High school diploma or GED 12–24 months of experience working with children under age three in a licensed setting Infant/toddler training (Provided if needed) Not quite qualified yet? If you're passionate about working with children but don't yet meet all PATCH qualifications, ask about our limited Teacher Aide opportunities. (Pay range: $17–$18.50/hour) We'll help you complete the required training to meet PATCH qualifications. We even cover the cost of your CDA!
