Responsibilities
Plan, implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF Foxconn standards and policies as well as customer requirements. Train and support maintenance technicians in debugging and fixing production equipment to ensure continuous production Implement engineering- and process changes as well as safety guidelines.
Teach and lead by means of “hands on”- practicing principles and techniques of the running production system. Establish and update process documentation, such as maintenance instructions, work instructions, production line layout, assembly manual, back-up documentation and related documents. Guide and support the Ramp-up of new manufacturing projects.
Provide technical support to internal customers. Take care of assembly line parameterization. Optimize settings for technical assembly equipment (nut runners, presses, wheel alignment etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor’s or higher degree in the field of engineering Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations Profound analytical and problem solving skills Strong focus on maintenane Auto CAD experience, MS Office knowledge and PLC understanding Good mechanical and technical skills Good communication skills Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge Be part of our ZF Foxconn team and apply now!
