Ability to coordinate with global and regional analytical team to identify root cause d. Customer visit to understand Sherwin William’s products application and line parameters 4.

Production support a. Able to run PI (production introduce process) to introduce changes (formula change, process change and others) to production to minimize risks b. Supervise pilot batches c. Support defective batch solution or raw material shelf life extension d. Support product transfer as needed at Chemist level 5.

Knowledge and experience sharing to strengthen Asia team’s overall technical capability EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: Required： Diploma/Bachelor or above in polymer or chemistry Preferred：Coating formulation knowledge KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required： Coating, adhesive, painting Preferred： coating for packaging, coil coating, General industrial, protective coating, metal adhesive (in sequence of preference)
