St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre is seeking a part-time Scheduling Clerk . This is a non-union position. We offer a competitive salary range between $24.
57 - $26.35, a Defined Benefit HOOPP Pension plan, Compensation In-Lieu of Benefits, and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Flexible shifts with the ability to work every other weekend. Operating hours of the scheduling department are currently 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the time of this posting.
Job Summary
responsible for scheduling replacement staff in the event of sick calls and/or unplanned absences in accordance with the respective Collective Agreements; completing payroll timesheets; Updating daily the time schedule changes monitoring sick time, absenteeism and other scheduling issues, Qualifications: Minimum Secondary School Diploma Completion of Post-Secondary Education an asset Experience in an office environment Understanding and experience with information technology tools, i.
g. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Financial Accounting software. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, in situations that require tact, diplomacy, and discretion Three to five (3-5) years of customer service experience Must be detail orientated with a high degree of accuracy Criminal reference check for the vulnerable sector About Us: St.
