You’ll support continuous improvement initiatives that help the platform scale alongside Vulcan.
Forms’ growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the trusted expert for a critical enterprise system and wants to help build a best-in-class quality platform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Develop test plans and scripts, then prepare, execute, and validate testing to confirm changes meet business and quality requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gathering stakeholder feedback and driving issues to resolution.
- Evaluate platform usage and performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend enhancements.
- Monitor application stability and data integrity, ensuring ongoing alignment with evolving business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience administering ETQ Reliance, or a comparable enterprise QMS, including platform configuration and workflow design, ideally within a manufacturing or regulated industry.
