Oversees audit processes; ensures audit readiness, consistency, and issue resolution across entities Drives harmonized internal control framework; identifies systemic gaps and leads remediation initiatives Core responsibility: identifies efficiency opportunities, drives process improvements, increases standardization, and implements best practices regionally Works closely with Corporate Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, Tax What Makes You a Great Fit: University degree ACCA or equivalent 8–10+ years accounting experience Audit experience Prior manager of managers experienxe International/multi‑country experience Strong process transformation background Advanced Excel; fluent English What Will Help You Thrive: Hard-working and can-do attitude People management experience Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, detail-oriented approach Team player attitude as you can really contribute to team success You should demonstrate a basic understanding of generative AI tools and their practical application in a business environment.
