Resident Care Assistants/ Med Techs 3 - 11 Shift

Description Med Techs for Assisted Living Community Elan Manatee Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Med Techs to join our vibrant community. Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Technician certification
• Prior experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
