Accounting Oversee all accounts, ledger, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP(Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), regulatory requirements and global/local policy.

Closely work with GBS in Malaysia(P2P, GA, O2C, etc.) Lead month end closing process including monthly OPEX review, TB review, Hard closing and Year end closing Owner of global accounting/financial reporting requirements Owner of affiliate P2P(Procurement to Pay), GA(General Accounting) process. Tax Ensure all applicable taxes such as Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and other local taxes are reported and paid in timely manner Own tax reporting process – BEPS, APA annual report and reporting requirements Review and monitor affiliate profitability to meet required OM ratio External Audit Owner of external audit – external audit for financial statement(EY), Tax audit, etc.

Other Other ad hoc tasks related to accounting/tax, support planning, if needed undefined Qualification

• Minimum 10 years of solid financial experience (multi-national company or Pharma industry preferred)
• SAP experience is required
• CPA is required
• Professional knowledge on GAAP(USGAAP, IFRS and K-GAAP), Local Tax requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or various stakeholders
• High learning agility, comfort in dealing with uncertain situation, strong project management to drive results with diverse functions and group with backgrounds
• Problem solving skill and strong leadership capabilities
• Strong communications skills - written and verbal, as well as interpersonal
• Demonstrated success as a team player
• Proactive mind and time management skill
• High level proficiency with MS office, especially Excel
