JOB POSTING Department: Retail Location: Duncan Store Position: Store Associate Status: Full-time Rate of Pay: Based on experience Duties/Responsibilities: Assist the store manager with the day-to-day operations, production, and other needed performance to meet or exceed budget while in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

Work involves walking, bending, and stretching, as well as lifting and moving donations and retail fixtures.
