Live-In CHHA - Driving Male

Award Homecare is seeking a compassionate and reliable **male Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**who can provide excellent companionship and care for a male client. This role primarily involves offering companionship and support, ensuring the client's comfort and well-being.The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving the client in their own car and be willing to live-in at the client's residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction to the client.
• Assist with daily activities as needed, focusing on the client’s comfort and safety.
• Drive the client safely to appointments, errands, and social events using your own vehicle.
• Monitor the client's health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate parties.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the client.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Must be a male
• MUST have a current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have your own reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable and experienced with driving clients in a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live-in at the client’s home.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet all regulatory requirements.
