Sounds good? Join us as CNC-Dreher / Fräser (m/w/d) Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich bei uns im Team: Du bist zuständig für das Vorbereiten und Rüsten von Maschinen in der Fertigung.

Du richtest CNC-gesteuerte Zerspanungsmaschinen nach Zeichnungen und Arbeitsplänen ein, passt vorhandene CNC-Programme an und stellst Maschineneinrichtungen sowie Werkzeugwechsel nach Vorgabe ein. Du dokumentierst qualitäts- und fertigungsrelevante Informationen wie Messergebnisse, Abweichungen, Nacharbeiten und Ausschuss.

Du überwachst den laufenden Fertigungsprozess, erkennst Abweichungen und beseitigst kleinere Störungen selbstständig. Du übernimmst im Rahmen Deiner Tätigkeit die Kontrolle und Pflege der Kühlschmierstoffe (KSS). Du führst vorgegebene Wartungs-, Pflege- und Reinigungsarbeiten an den Maschinen und Anlagen durch. Du bringst Deine Erfahrungen aktiv ein und nimmst an den täglichen Shopfloor-Runden teil, um gemeinsam mit dem Team Qualität, Prozessstabilität und Produktivität kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Diese Qualifikationen bringst Du mit: Du hast eine abgeschlossene, mindestens 3-jährige Berufsausbildung als CNC- Dreher / Fräser oder Zerspanungsmechaniker dieser Fachrichtungen und verfügst bereits über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich. Du besitzt idealerweise fundierte Erfahrungen im sicheren Umgang mit der CAM-Software (Esprit).

Deine Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und serviceorientiert. Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Motivation zur ständigen Optimierung ist für Dich selbstverständlich sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise. Du besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse.
