What you’ll do Coordinate involved parties to ensure invoicing and contractual obligations are met in a timely fashion. Resolve escalated customer concerns to ensure optimal customer service. Audit meter reads and billing service levels requirements for assigned account base. Ensure billing accuracy by reducing billing estimates, pending contracts, and manual reads using SLAs and KPIs.

Audit monthly pre bill reports and resolve discrepancies. Handle evaluation of rebill adjustments, cancellations, renewals and misc. administration. Monitor all billing modifications. Analyze billing & renewal reports and compare to contract terms and conditions to evaluate and assist with price increases or auto escalation accuracy if applicable.

Develop and monitor performance reporting to resolve issues with cross-functional Toshiba teams. May provide quotes from time to time if required. Perform other related duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent Three years in a combination of the following areas: contract administration/support, billing/invoicing, customer service and reporting.

Demonstrated experience with data monitoring, service level agreements, invoicing and reconciliation. Communicate with customers and Toshiba team members. Self-motivated with ability to work in fast-paced environment. Computer literate. Earn Well Hourly Range: $18.00-$20.00, based on experience.
