Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have 2 to 10 years of experience in land development and/or public works, plus a BSCE or the equivalent of 5 years of work experience. Candidate experience must include the following: The ability to take plans from conceptual design to final. The ability to prepare and process maps and plans for subdivision and land development projects Candidate design skills should include the following: Road design Grading Utilities and drainage Earthwork evaluations AutoCAD/Civil 3D or CAD experience is required.

Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards and procedures in the state of Nevada are preferred. A good driving record is required.
