Key Account Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, build and maintain strategic client relationships Own end-to-end logistics operations across assigned accounts, shipment execution, documentation, and milestone tracking Coordinate across regulatory, finance, freight, warehouse, and trucking teams to ensure flawless delivery Manage IOR/EOR customs clearance coordination and regulatory submission follow-up Handle invoicing, SOA reconciliation, and collections follow-up within agreed timelines Lead new account onboarding and support portfolio expansion when assigned Requirements →2+ years of experience in account management and logistics, IOR/EOR experience strongly preferred →Proven track record of managing major accounts with high shipment volumes and complex operational requirements →Strong understanding of Egyptian customs clearance, import documentation, and freight coordination →Excellent communication and client relationship management skills →Ability to manage multiple priorities across several accounts simultaneously without losing quality →Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain, or a related field
