Territory Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for product service activities. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues at customer sites. Perform routine maintenance and preventive service for installed equipment. Ensure proper installation, operation, and performance of products. Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure service satisfaction.

Prepare service reports and document maintenance activities.
