Join us in our quest for excellence and growth in a vibrant marketplace! Job Purpose: We are looking for a highly motivated IT Application Support Executive to support and enhance our growing team. In this role, the IT Application Support Executive will be responsible for managing and continuously improving our ERP platforms, ensuring its effective use across the business.

In addition, transforming data into actionable business insights through Power BI, supporting operational excellence and informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the ERP systems Provide timely and effective day-to-day application support to end users across all departments Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective system-driven solutions Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and support providers to resolve issues and deliver enhancements Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust data governance framework to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and standardized reporting practices Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle Netsuite Proven experience working with Power BI Proficient in SQL & Excel Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work across departments Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detail-oriented and process-driven We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all team members.
