Quality Technician-Night Shift

The primary role of the Quality Technician is to complete inspections as defined by the Steffes Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products meet internal and external requirements before they are released to the customer. The Quality Technician is responsible for identifying trends during inspections and immediately escalate to the Operation and Quality Teams.

The Quality Technician will also measure and scan material under the direction of Quality Engineering. The Quality Technician will oversee the completion of tool and device calibrations for their assigned facility. This role requires a passion for quality and a high level of attention to detail.
