Compliance Analyst

Compliance Analyst Position Summary The Compliance Analyst plays a key role in supporting First. Cash's commitment to regulatory excellence by helping evaluate, monitor, and strengthen compliance programs across the organization. This position partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify potential risks, assess internal controls, and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, execution, and enhancement of compliance monitoring and testing programs. Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Prepare accurate, well-documented reports, workpapers, and compliance findings. Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to support adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Communicate compliance observations and escalate significant issues as needed. Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls. Recommend process improvements to strengthen controls, reduce risk, and enhance operational effectiveness. Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact business operations.

Participate in special projects and other compliance-related initiatives as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field. Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in compliance, risk management, audit, financial services, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer finance, regulatory compliance, auditing, or risk management programs. Understanding of compliance monitoring, testing, and risk assessment methodologies. Experience reviewing and interpreting laws, regulations, and company policies. Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and compliance-related systems.
