Lead Business Applications Analyst, Estate Management - Yardi Facilities Manager/Yardi Maintenance IQ experience preferred - REMOTE (US or UK)

The Lead Business Applications Analyst – Estate Management leads delivery and continuous improvement of Welltower’s maintenance applications, including Yardi Facilities Manager (FM) and Yardi Maintenance IQ (MIQ). The role provides project-based leadership, directing and coordinating the work of Senior Business Applications Analysts and Business Applications Analysts to ensure successful delivery, without formal line management responsibility.

Combining business analysis expertise with project leadership, project management, and negotiation skills, the Lead aligns stakeholders, manages competing priorities, and delivers standardized, scalable solutions in a high-demand environment aligned with Welltower’s business strategy.
