in Kahala Mkt. is looking for Bartenders to join our team. We are seeking high energy, creative professionals who have bar experience and are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages. This is an hourly position and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/drug/vision insurance, 401k and more!

Bartenders must have excellent customer service, be able to work and communicate well with others, follow directions and department/company standard operating procedures. Bartenders assist the bar manager by keeping the bar areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized.

They interact with guests, anticipate their food & beverage needs, take their orders, enter orders into the system, as well as ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Bartenders must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, and observe the company dress code. Bar staff must also abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, and mission; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience. previous bar experience preferred experience working in a high-volume food service establishment preferred liquor card preferred Must have TB Clearance Must comply with all company policies and requirements Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.
