Performs a variety of duties related to the preparation and service of food.

POPULATION SERVED: Infant, Child, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric OSHA CATEGORY III ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS QUALITY Has knowledge of all positions on the tray line and accurately completes trays.Cleans dish room area and equipment; uses appropriate safety measures and demonstrates knowledge of correct use of soaps, chemical, and hazardous materials. ACCESS Demonstrates ability to accurately prepare trays according to diet.Consistently uses two identifiers when delivering patient trays.Practices proper hand sanitation techniques.Collaborates with other departments, patients, family, and cafeteria customers in a professional and courteous manner.
