The Role : We are looking for Motorcoach Drivers to join our team! In addition to your driving responsibilities, you will assist with the loading/unloading of passenger baggage and cargo during the boarding and disembarkation process.

What You'll Do

Safely operate motorcoaches on scheduled airport routes Transport passengers safely in all weather and traffic conditions, including winter driving Provide courteous, welcoming service to every passenger Load and unload passenger baggage and cargo during boarding and arrival Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete all required DOT documentation Handle routine fueling, basic vehicle cleaning, and dumping waste tanks Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while on duty or in uniform What We Need : Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) and Air Brake Current DOT medical card At least 3 years (36 months) of experience driving a full size bus or motorcoach Clean driving record Availability for early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Must be 25 or older (insurance requirement) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to lift and load baggage and cargo weighing up to 70 pounds Benefits : $30/hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting within 30 days of employment Company-paid life insurance (full-time employees) 401(k) plan [with company match, if applicable] Accrued paid time off Flight benefits Free travel on Landline buses for you and your family When You Will Work : Drivers bid on shifts quarterly, with priority by seniority.
