Inspection Coordinator

Purpose As Inspection Coordinator, you ensure that all equipment, materials, and processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing inspection activities to ensure compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

You develop and implement inspection plans and schedules based on project requirements and regulatory standards. Coordination: You coordinate with internal teams, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate inspection activities. Documentation: You maintain comprehensive records of inspection reports, certificates, and non-conformance reports.

Compliance Monitoring: You ensure all inspections comply with industry standards, company policies, projects requirements, and regulatory requirements. Issue Resolution: You identify, document, and facilitate the resolution of any non-conformances or quality issues. Communication: You provide regular updates to the project management team, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders on inspection status and findings.

Vendor Liaison: You work with suppliers and contractors to ensure their inspection processes meet project standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field, along with relevant certifications in inspection or quality assurance. Experience Proven experience in inspection coordination or quality assurance in the oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in inspection management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
