Provider Services Representative

Our Provider Service Reps are active team members in a multi-functional, fast-paced, production environment assisting internal business partners in the gathering of records and documents needed to manage workers' compensation claims. You will provide high-quality customer support managing a variety of tasks associated with the procurement of record.

A key function in this role is ensuring you deliver high-quality work and seek new ways to improve processes. This is a hybrid position; working on site at the Corporate Headquarters in Minnesota is needed. Only candidates living in MN will be considered.
