Associate Supervisor, Invoicing

W hat You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and develop Invoicing Analysts to achieve departmental goals Balance workloads in partnership with management to ensure equitable distribution and timely completion of work Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing and invoicing issues Monitor team productivity, quality, and service levels while providing ongoing feedback Drive accountability for individual and team performance Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Accounts Receivable, and other internal stakeholders to resolve barriers impacting invoicing Monitor aging orders and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues Analyze reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of team members Continuously improve processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance Drive timely revenue recognition through operational excellence What You Bring: Experience leading or mentoring employees preferred Strong understanding of order management, invoicing, billing, or revenue operations Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and Microsoft Excel A leadership style that leads by example, holds self and others accountable, removes roadblocks, builds strong cross-functional partnerships, and focuses on continuous improvement Why VB Spine?

Compensation

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $82,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, leadership experience, and market conditions.
