🌙 Night Hygiene Team Leader 📍 St Mary Bourne, Hampshire 💰 £39,637.50 per year 🕒 4 on 4 off | 18:00 - 06:00 💷 Paid monthly on the 25th Are you an experienced Hygiene Team Leader or Hygiene Supervisor looking for your next challenge in food manufacturing? At Vitacress Salads , we're looking for a motivated and hands-on Night Hygiene Team Leader to lead a team of 11 Hygiene Operatives and help maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance across our production facility.

What you'll be doing: ✅ Leading and supporting the night hygiene team ✅ Planning and coordinating daily and deep-clean activities ✅ Ensuring hygiene standards meet HACCP, GMP and BRC requirements ✅ Conducting hygiene inspections and allergen swab testing ✅ Managing cleaning records and hygiene documentation ✅ Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams ✅ Training and developing hygiene operatives ✅ Driving continuous improvement and food safety standards What we're looking for: ✔ Previous experience in a Hygiene Team Leader, Supervisor or similar hygiene role within food manufacturing ✔ Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, BRC and food safety standards ✔ Experience leading, motivating and organising a team ✔ Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills ✔ Comfortable working in a factory environment, including wet and cold conditions ✔ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Why join Vitacress?
