Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Michigan

Pay: $23–$26/hour Schedule: Flexible, part-time opportunities Settings: Home and center Certification: Active RBT certification preferred; support toward certification is available Help children build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work with a clinical team that supports your training and professional growth.

What you’ll do Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions. Help clients practice daily living and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene. Record accurate data on client progress. Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members. Attend scheduled sessions, staff meetings, and training.

Requirements

Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field Able to work Part-Time shifts M-F. Around 15-20 hours of work per week.
