Apartment Make Ready Technician

You'll Be Doing Get Apartments Move-In Ready: Walk through vacant apartments, identify what needs fixing, and complete repairs before new residents move in.

Painting & Drywall: Patch holes, repair walls, paint, and handle touch-ups. Plumbing Repairs: Fix leaky faucets, sinks, toilets, and other basic plumbing issues. Electrical & Appliances: Replace light fixtures, troubleshoot appliances, and complete basic electrical repairs. General Fix-It Work: Repair or replace doors, locks, windows, blinds, shelves, baseboards, and other apartment fixtures.

Keys & Locks: Make keys and change locks for incoming residents. Help Keep Things Running: Assist the maintenance team with pool care, property upkeep, cleaning, and other repairs as needed. On-Call Support: Participate in an evening and weekend emergency maintenance rotation.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, or general maintenance. Ability to use common hand and power tools safely. Someone who can spot a problem, figure out how to fix it, and get the job done. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to help the team. Pride in doing quality work and meeting move-in deadlines.

Availability for evening and weekend on-call rotations. Valid driver's license for on-call responsibilities. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. You don't need apartment industry experience! If you've worked in residential construction, remodeling, painting, or general building repairs, your skills could be a great fit.

Técnico de Preparación de Apartamentos AMLI Park West y AMLI Toscana Place $21.00–$21.50 por hora + Bonos mensuales y de fin de año ¿Te gusta trabajar con herramientas y reparar cosas? ¡Queremos conocerte! ¿Qué harás? Preparar apartamentos: Revisar apartamentos vacíos, identificar reparaciones necesarias y dejarlos listos para nuevos residentes.

Pintura y paredes: Reparar agujeros, trabajar con paneles de yeso (drywall), pintar y hacer retoques. Plomería: Reparar grifos, lavabos, inodoros y fugas sencillas. Electricidad y electrodomésticos: Cambiar lámparas, realizar reparaciones eléctricas básicas y solucionar problemas con electrodomésticos. Reparaciones generales: Arreglar puertas, cerraduras, ventanas, persianas, estantes, zócalos y otros componentes.

Llaves y cerraduras: Hacer llaves y cambiar cerraduras para nuevos residentes. Apoyar al equipo: Ayudar con el mantenimiento de piscinas, limpieza, áreas comunes y otras reparaciones. Guardias de emergencia: Participar en turnos de guardia durante las noches y fines de semana. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia práctica en pintura, drywall, plomería, electricidad básica, carpintería o mantenimiento general.

Capacidad para utilizar herramientas manuales y eléctricas de manera segura. Habilidad para identificar problemas y realizar reparaciones. Ser responsable, trabajador y dispuesto a colaborar con el equipo. Atención al detalle y compromiso con un trabajo bien hecho. Disponibilidad para guardias de emergencia durante noches y fines de semana.

Licencia de conducir válida para las responsabilidades de guardia. Capacidad para levantar, empujar y jalar hasta 50 libras. ¡No necesitas experiencia trabajando en apartamentos!
