Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center (Havens of Ohio LLC) — Dayton, OH | Remote/Hybrid available About us: Woodhaven is a CARF-accredited, OhioMHAS-certified behavioral health organization providing substance use disorder treatment and recovery services. “A safe place to recover.” The role: We’re seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and psychiatric/behavioral health care for our outpatient and recovery-housing populations.

Much of this work can be delivered via telehealth. What you’ll do: Provide MAT/office-based opioid treatment (including buprenorphine) and ongoing medication management Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and follow-up care Document accurately and bill in accordance with payer and program requirements Coordinate care with counseling, case management, and recovery-housing teams Maintain compliance with 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and OhioMHAS standards Qualifications: Active Ohio APRN-CNP license with prescriptive authority (PMHNP certification preferred) Active DEA registration Current standard care arrangement with a collaborating physician (or willingness to establish one) Experience in SUD/MAT or behavioral health preferred Commitment to accurate clinical documentation and compliant billing Details: Flexible scheduling
