Job description
The General Manager is responsible for the operation of an assigned restaurant in accordance with Yoshinoya policies, procedures, and standards to ensure successful operations, team development, and favorable guest relations.
Under the direction of the District Manager, the General Manager will ensure that all goals and KPIs are achieved and communicated with the team, the team is presented with developmental opportunities for their own growth and the restaurant’s succession, the guest is a priority and leaves feeling valued and satisfied, all food is served consistently and safely in accordance with company, city, state and federal policies
