Senior HR Generalist (SRGEN-01)

The Senior HR Generalist serves as a senior Human Resources professional responsible for providing advanced HR support, employee relations guidance, compliance oversight, and operational leadership. This position supervises and supports assigned members of the HR team and serves as a mentor and resource to other HR Generalists and team members while supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, investigations, employee relations, training, and workforce development initiatives.

The Senior HR Generalist partners closely with HR leadership and operational leaders to promote compliance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
