Job Id: Apt02 Title: Flat Sales Rep/Admin Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Sales Rep/Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property video tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Manage appointments for physical tours. * Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and processing necessary documentation. * Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities.

• Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively. * Utilize property management software for data entry and record keeping. * Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for showings. * Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

• Prepare and manage leasing contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated to tenants. Skills: * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Proficient in some property management software and data entry tasks. * Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property leasing and contracts.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and documentation tasks. * Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with excellent phone etiquette. * Strong knowledge of Excel and Abode Acrobat.
