Education

Board Certification : In Family Medicine , Occupational or Preventive Medicine , Internal Medicine , Emergency Medicine , or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) . Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following specialties: Family Practice Occupational Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency Department (ED) Job Responsibilities : Clinical Duties (90%) : Provide direct patient care in a collaborative and supportive clinical setting.
