Maintenance Supervisor

Primary Responsibility: As an integral member of the Management Team, the Service Manager reports daily to the Community Manager and coordinates with Regional Management and Asset Preservation and Enhancement as necessary to ensure the completion of all service priorities including service requests, turnkey, move-ins, preventive maintenance, status of budgets and staffing.

Directly supervises all service associates (when applicable) including technicians, groundskeeper/porters, and housekeepers and responsible for performing all tasks of maintenance as necessary. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
