CNC Mill Operator - Nightshift

Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce precision/aerospace parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, follows instructions well, and is committed to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts per prints and work instructions Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Perform basic machine setups Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Monitor machine operation and report any issues or malfunctions Deburr and clean finished parts as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements Requirements CNC experience preferred; training will be provided Basic math and mechanical aptitude Ability to read and interpret simple prints is a plus Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team Benefits: On-the-job training and skill development Opportunities for advancement into setup or programming roles Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in the workplace.
